Out of all the pizza shops in New Holland, this place is the worst one. Food is horrible and place is dirty. They ran a kitchen in the same open space as a toilet that overflowed and the dirty water just sat there. I've never seen somewhere so filthy and horribly run. Go to any other pizza shop but this one.

I will never order from here again. Every time I order, the delivery is late. Tonight, 11/12/19, I placed my order at 4:45 pm & it didn't arrive until 6:45. I could have had DoorDash deliver food from Sal's faster, which is probably what I will do next time. When my order finally did arrive, the food was colder than the bottle of soda that I ordered with the food. I am also EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of the food. My $8.25 sausage, peppers & onions sandwich showed up with virtually zero meat on it.I can't talk to a manager about any of these issues, because when I call up, I'm told that the manager won't be in until 10:30 am the next day. Who runs a business without having someone in authority at all times? Considering that the poor girl that delivered my food looked to be still in high school, who is supervising these people??

If i could give this place no stars i would! They are disgusting and i will never order from here again. We had our food delivered. Our personal pizza was so hard to the point you could barley cut it, the stromboli was burnt.

Was going to order tonight for delivery. The amount I was told did not add up right. I asked if there was a card fee and yup there is. They charge 4% fee for using debit or credit. Wow!

Had a couple of slices, it was very similar to pizza back home on Long Island. I reccomend it.

I would rate -5 as pizza was hard and crust dry. Ordered a personal pepperoni ... never again. I would've rather eaten the box! If you're a truck driver visiting AFP for pick up or delivery don't waste your money pizza hut would've at least been edible. I've had better hunts bros pizza from gas stations.

The pizza taste terrible, there was barley any sauce on the pizza. It was very dry and hard, it taste like cardboard. The wings were the worst wings I have ever had In my life. I ordered hot wings, and a pickle was more hot than them, they were also very soft and under cooked. The food is overpriced like crazy for being this terrible, I miss 2 cousins instead of this place.

I Just got a delivery from them a lil bit ago...The kids loved the pizza and my Fettuccine Alfredo was perfect. Plus It was a great service and timing was perfect.Women on the phone was a great help. We will definitely be ordering again!!!

Food was decent but staff and atmosphere left much to be desired. We came in to some staff sitting in back corner booth on phones looking bored. The guy that waited on us acted like he hadn't slept in days and that it was a massive effort to stay awake and take our order. The tables and benches of the booths needed a serious wipe down, peeling and chipped paint, Christmas tree with half the lights burnt out..also, I understand that companies have to normally pay a fee to a merchant service company in order to accept credit cards, but it is passed on to the customer. A sign stating that a 4% fee will be added to your total if you use a credit card. Wow. Gave it 2 stars for the decent food but we will not be going back anymore after this. Not worth it.

I am very disappointed in the customer service i received today. My company orders from the new holland slice of Brooklyn at least once a day. We had an order delivered incorrectly the other day and I called in to let them know and asked that the next time my co worker wants to order if they could send the correct food. When i called to place the order they had expressed they had a few new hires start this week and there were no notes provided about my complaint. So instead of saying we will send the correct sandwich out I was told there was nothing they could do. I am very upset since i love their food but will no longer order from this location again.

We have been regular customers for awhile now. But tonight will be the last time I ever get something from here. I called and ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. Once again I said my address and Terre hill and once again they go to new holland! This has happened 9 out of 10 times. So tonight I called to complain. Asking for a refund cause this isn’t the first or second time this has happened. They place me on hold. While I’m on hold they call the driver and cancel my order on me. Never in my complaint did I say anything about canceling my order. I asked for a refund. Then blocked my number from calling them. I will be reporting to BBB. This is no way to run a business and since I never received my pizza but was charged I better receive my money back!

The sandwiches have always been pretty good. The pizza is great when it's on point but Its never terrible. The meals are not as good as two cousins that used to be there but overall I've never had a bad experience with the food, inside staff, or delivery.

So FURIOUS... we order pizzas and one is wrong so 45 minutes later the correct one comes and with a nice little note from them...SAYING THE WIFE ORDERED WRONG PIZZA.. KEEP THE SLIP They MESS UP AND BLAME ME AND THAN tell me no manager is there and they can’t give my money back... HORRIBLE THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. Still waiting for a call from the owner

Delicious pizza, never had Brooklyn pizza but it sure tastes as good as Jersey pizza, people from Jersey will get what I'm saying, but everyone else should love this pizza too! Fast & Friendly service to boot! Not all pizzas are created equally! 👍😁

Called to order delivery on a Wednesday night. I’ve ordered several times from them in the past. It’s never super fast, but never more than 40-45 minutes. The food is usually ok. Not great but I’ve had worse. Tonight the service was absolutely horrible. I have never received such terrible and downright rude service. I was not quoted a delivery time when I ordered. After waiting an HOUR for my food, I called to get and ETA on the driver. I was told that my food wasn’t even finished being made. And that they needed to wait for a driver to return. So they couldn’t even quote me a time. After waiting another 15-20 minutes, my husband went in to pick up the food. The fries were cold. The entrees were lukewarm. And the woman behind the counter was extremely rude, and gave him attitude when he complained about the service, and then refused to compensate us or take anything off the bill for the inconvenience. If you have a choice, don’t choose this place!

Fried came out cold and definitely microwaved. But the pizza made up for it.

I was there in may I had spaghetti and meatballs the sauce was watery and the meatballs tasted like saw dust. And the people are rude there

I love a slice of Brooklyn! They have fabulous service, the pizza is to die for, and I'm always pleasantly surprised when I branch out and try new things! I would recommend them to anyone - even people driving through the area!

Now I remember why its been soooooo long since we ordered from there!!! Took over an hour to get food delivered & we only live 5 mins away. Also their wings are ALWAYS overcooked both bone in & boneless.

Neopolitan slices of pizza are really good. Service was excellent. Student from Millersville quite amiable.

This is the place to go for the best pizza cheese steak and stromboli they are the best first place i go when i get up there awesome herb cheesesteak stromboli is out of this world!!!

Ok...so the cheese pizza was delicious. It was sitting out for awhile then reheated but that is actually sometimes the best! #Crispycrust

Most of the time the food is fabulous. But this last time I ordered, the food was terrible. I ordered a bacon chicken ranch pizza (which I order from here all the time) It was disgusting. It tasted like the ranch was bad or sour. Chicken was burnt. We couldn’t eat it. I called them to explain the situation. And the response I got was “oh ok. Thanks for letting us know. Bye-hang up” I was a very loyal customer but I doubt it after this.

Despite delivery times we appreciate the hard working staff at Brooklyn. My girlfriend and I have had everything from pizza to cold subs and everything's been great. We're waiting for food right now and can't wait! You guys always accept special food mods and the girlfriend loves the extra pickle spears. Keep it up guys!

Loved that meat pizza! Thing is huge! Very nice decor. Very friendly staff. Mainly Togo orders it seems. I'm not a big fan of tv. Am from out of town and really wanted to watch the game. That's the 5th star.

I ordered a Sicilian pie with extra cheese i didn’t get the extra cheese and the crust tastes like it was freezer burnt I certainly will never eat here again maybe my roommate will he swears by this place but not for a Sicilian pie I do not like people who lie I have a picture of this you’ll see no extra cheese not worth the money

Called in for delivery and waited 1 hr 45 mins and the pizza was cold, not even warm but cold. Wish that would have told us when we called that it would take almost 2 hours to arrive. Usually it's a good experience but this one turned me off for awhile!

So I literally just ordered. I got a cheesesteak. Cheddar bacon fries and mozzarella sticks. And 2 cheeseburger subs for my mom and sister. First, my mozzarella sticks are undercooked, so I am currently heating my fryer to REcook them. The bacon on the fries was supposed to be crispy. And most of that was undercooked as well. My cheese steak meat tasted like it was 4 days old. No comments on the cheeseburger subs because I haven’t even asked how they were. Everytime I order here, something is always wrong. This time, nothing was wrong, but the food was terrible. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. And re order all the time hoping it’s different. But now I’m done. I’m beyond disappointed. I myself am a waitress at an Italian restaurant on the other side of town (they don’t deliver or else I would have ordered from them!), and I can never imagine us serving food like this. Not at all.

They are along my delivery route so I stop in about once a month. Have yet to have a bad slice of pizza or meet a rude staff member. Love the pizza here!

That girl megan is always screaming at the other employees everytime I'm in there. Completely unprofessional and rude. How she has a job I have no idea, i will not go in there anymore if shes working. I cant stand how rude she is.

It should 0 stars. Being from Philly admittedly does gives one a perspective many don't have when it comes to a philly cheesesteak. However, what was received at this place could be only considered as SWILL. Picked up at the take out window it was luke warm, barely any whiz and the meat tasted like it had been pre cooked and stored in very old chicken broth. Never ever buy anything from this rip off joint, go back to Brooklyn..
